There was a 20% increase in the number of times mobile shopping apps were downloaded, and this totalled at 5.4 billion downloads. The amount users spent in the app store totalled at $120 billion and mobile phone usage also increased by 10% in 2019. The report also revealed that the average mobile phone user spends 3.7 hours on their phone.
