According to studies, the usage of click and collect service in the UK is expected to rise by 8.2% per cent this year. Data captured from eMarketer illustrates that 66.8 per cent of digital buyers have used the click and collect service this year. Which represents 52.8 per cents of demographics in the UK over the age of 14 years old. 29.3 million buyers are expected to purchase online and collect items themselves which will, therefore, rise to 31.1 million next year.
